Lifesavers provides a professional cleaning service to busy home owners and commercial premises throughout the Cambridge area. Business owner, Kamila Sokolowska acquired the business in 2009 after a long and successful career in the hospitality industry. A feature of the business is the distinctive ‘Lifesavers’ logo and promotional theme. This attractive and eye catching motif makes it clear to consumers and business owners what’s on offer. It’s very memorable, even if customers don’t have an immediate need they will recall the brand when they’re looking for professional cleaning for their home, office, or business premises.

Kamila needs her marketing campaigns to keep the flow of new sales enquiries coming in, and maintain the established Lifesavers brand in the area. A particular challenge on the domestic side of the business is to build the business as evenly as possible across the city – so customers can be serviced efficiently and travel time for cleaners is reduced. Debbie and her team understand what we are trying to achieve. They advise us on where we should promote and how often we should go back to the different areas to help maintain the brand. The Dor-2-Dor system helps ensure promotion is even, so we’re not chasing back and forward across the region. On a regular basis Lifesavers and Dor-2-Dor review the enquiries generated and make adjustments to the areas promoted to. This regular refinement is managed by the computer system specifically developed by Dor-2-Dor.
